Your first visit
What happens when Ani comes to your door
Six stops, in the order they happen. Nothing here is a surprise, and you can ask for any of it in writing.
- 01
Step 1: You call, or book online
A free 15-minute phone call is the easiest start. Ani asks what you want to get back to and whether home visits suit you. It is a call about fit.
- 02
Step 2: You get an estimate in writing
You get it before the first visit: what Ani expects each visit to cost, what it includes and any travel fee.
- 03
Step 3: You pick a time
Choose a day and an hour that suit your week, at home. Early evenings and Saturday mornings are open.
- 04
Step 4: Ani arrives with her satchel
She texts when she is on her way and takes off her shoes if you ask. Plan on about an hour.
- 05
Step 5: She looks at your own rooms
She watches you stand, walk, reach and climb, and she explains what she finds in plain words, with the risks and your choices.
- 06
Step 6: You leave with a plan
You agree on goals, get a short list of exercises and a detailed receipt, and book the next visit if you want one.
Getting ready
What to wear and have ready
Wear
Clothes you can move in, and the shoes you wear around the house.
Clear
A chair, a few feet of floor and a clear path to any stairs you use.
Have ready
Instructions from your surgeon or doctor, if you have them, and your questions for Ani.
Not decided on day one
What you do not have to decide at the door
Ani does not tell you on day one how many visits you will need. That depends on what she finds and how you respond, so you decide together as you go.
How many visits you will need
Whether home visits stay the right fit
Whether something should go to a physician first
When you are ready to finish

Ready when you are
Book a visit at your home, or start with the free 15-minute phone call. Either way, tell Ani what you want to get back to when she arrives. We do not ask for it in the form.
